From my very first contact with New Way, they were fantastic! Sam was my representative, and she was the best. A total professional and great representative of the company. I had never shipped a car before, so she carefully explained the entire process, the timing and the charges. Her paperwork and contract matched exactly what she promised. Sam was always available via phone or text with any follow-up questions. Sam also went the extra mile to make the delivery date more convenient for me- a service that others wouldn't even consider. My car was picked up in New Jersey when they said it would be, and delivered to my door in Miami on time and in perfect condition. I swear it looked cleaner when it got here! I can recommend Sam and New Way without hesitation!!!
