I was looking for a company to move my vehicle from Kentucky to Minneapolis. I had a listing up on u-ship as I had used that site before and had really good luck with it. This time, nothing really special was happening. So I started to shop around and see if there was anybody else out there that could move my vehicle. I came across this company and they sure rolled out the red carpet. WE can do this, we can do that, we have done that before and we has access to transports that other people don.t SO I gave them my visa card number and rolled the dice. Well, I called the next day to see what's happening and got a bunch of sugar coated talking about it should be happening any time soon. SO I rolled the dice again and put up a post on my face book page. I use to live in Minneapolis and have a few freinds still living there. One of them replied back and said call this guy. I called him ( Mike) and he said " I'm 10 hours from there and will pick it up first thing in the morning". I should have called New Way and cancelled , but was pretty excited to get some action on my vehicle this quick. So anyways the next day some "girl" fom Newway calls me and said we can pick up your vehicle right away and I said it was already taken by another company that I got off of facebook. She called me a lier and said nobody books from facebook. Guess she is still in the dial up era on the internet and doesn't realize that people do business over the internet all the time. The second thing she said was I'm not getting my deposit back. I received a call later that night that my vehicle was in Forrest Lake Mn, about 15 minutes from where it was to be dropped off. I talked to the driver who said he could even bring it 1 hour away from the U.S /Canada border as he was picking up some snowmobiles from Polaris in Roseau MN. Everything went better than I could ask for and the price was alot cheaper than New way quoted me. SO I will not go with New Way on any more vehicle moves. A lesson to any others out there. Do NOT go with a company that requires a deposit up front. DOn't give then any money till after your vehicle is picked up. Find a company that accepts pay-pal, yes they are out there. A trustworthy company with good business ethics will treat you better than a company that wants a deposit up front. When they want a deposit with visa, they are supose to tell you about the terms and conditions of thier comany, New Way did not do that. They also did a No Services Rendered by doing nothing in regaurds of picking up my vehicle and SHOULD refund my deposit, but I know they are not a truely loyal company to do business with. They have no signed contract unless there was one done with a signature over the internet, as verbal contracts are not 100% legal and binding. They accepted me as a customer when I had a listing on U-Ship, so a new customer they should not have taken me till that listing had expired. I would not recommend this company for any future transports of vehicles and if you do so, make sure you are ready to get the run a round from them. SHOP AROUND. Find a company that accepts PAY-PAL as a deposit, you are in the drivers seat that way.

Well Mr. Norm you know that everything you worte is ONE big lie. You had a problem with 2 other companies to ship this car and you had posted a bad review on them as well. We got you a driver the next day that you place your order and you made a lie that your car was stolen and later on claimed that you made this story up only becuase the dispatcher woke you up. You threat Robert that he is lucky that you are not in miami that's mean that what? You did the mistake by booking your order with more then one company. We did what we were hired to do. All saying here is slandering our company with lies. This will be taken to our legal dept and a legal actions will be taken against this customer.
