They are Scammers

After taking my money the never picked up my vehicle and when I requested to get my deposit back they sent me the following email making up reasons why they will not give me my money back. I never double booked my car I got quotes from hundreds of companies. Each time they claimed they had some one to pick up my vehicle they called me requesting more money. First time 50 dollars which I agreed to the next it was 150.

I had received your cancellation request.
Please note that by you cancelling your order now you will be in a breach of contract, as we are still within the agreed dates for pick.
Upon reservation you were advised in writing that an add'l delays may occur due to the holidays.
Per contract there is a window for pick up and another 4 business days as a grace period on top of that and due to the holiday last week an add'l delays occur.

That's another breach of contract, please refer to this section:

If a customer double books the shipping of their vehicle (s) with multiple transport company ( in that case two or more carriers will be picking the vehicle (s)). Or if a truck is sent to pick up the vehicle and it is not made available for pick up, for any reason, a dry run charge will apply in the amount of $250.00. A transporter is not required to wait to pick up a vehicle or to deliver a vehicle. If you make a special arrangement with the driver for him to wait, until the vehicle is available, any fees assessed, will be between you and the driver, and made payable solely to the driver, either at time of pick up or at time of delivery.

We did have a carrier to pick up the car but unfortunately his truck broke down, we are still working on your file to assign you a driver.

Customer lost in dispute she had signa contract and was the one who breached it. We will be willing to try to settle this with her if the review will be removed first
