Eric Hughes of Navy Auto Transport promised a 11am -3 pm pick up after the contract was processed.First he says they are not a broker and no money upfront?? Contract had $140 Verification Amount sounds like a broker fees to me and $500 COD to the driver upon deliver, sound like a Broker to me. Eric talked me through there contract about how the get past the $140 "Broker" fees to get processed faster. Two hours after the time came for the no later then 3 pm pickup I call and Eric said one of the two trucks he said they owned that was going to pickup the car was stuck and traffic. Said he would call me right back with a ETA, never got that call back. Planes were made for keys to be in a mail box for driver to get do to leaving town. At 10 pm a friend removed the keys so car could not be stowed, at this time 4 days later know one (three different people they could have contact) has not received a call from Eric, Navy Transport or one of the two trucks in town that was to pickup the car. They were not the lowest not the highest just the people made promises that they did not keep. Lost valuable time using Eric Hughes & Navy Auto Transport. All companies have problems and positive & negative reviews pick and chose wisely. I stated just the fracks and don't need the make things more dramatic Eric should be able to share there side of the story and if hes is a honorable man it will be the same as mine and maybe with a apology. This would have been the third car I would have had shipped to me and the worst. :(
