Jerry at Navy Auto Transport arranged for the shipment of my son's Jeep to Massachusetts. The process was sleek and electronic. No issues at all. I needed to actually speak to Jerry at one point so I emailed him. He provided his direct line for any communications. He was super knowledgeable about the industry and I could not ask for a more professional handling of the transaction. The actual car carrier Navy contracted us with was 1K Transportation. The carrier was clean, the driver picked the car up exactly on time and even called me 2x to tell me he was on the way. Very professional as well. The Jeep was delivered exactly on the day they had scheduled. Big thanks to Jerry & Navy Auto Transport for the handling of this for my family.
