How does a company have great customer service one day, and the next completely ignore your calls? Then when I'm not comfortable with such actions, I go ahead and look for other companies that can transport my vehicles and Joe Ortega calls me at 0747(they are apparently open from 0800) and berates me for looking for people who actually answer my calls and I can trust them to inform me where my stuff is! He then proceeds to hang up on me in the middle of my explanation of why I lost trust. I almost forgot to add, a different coworker called the day after I left several voicemails to this company and sent the paperwork I needed to sign for them to take this job, Joe here calls 4 days after the fact. Will not use, will not recommend especially if ever dealing with this man.
