Positive experience from start to completion! I received many solicitations (10+) to transport my auto back to Massachusetts. I narrowed them down to 3 and decided on Navy Auto Transport LLC. My reason for doing so was the reviews the company received from past customers. The person I worked with, Jerry Serdan, was diligent, thoughtful and worked with me regarding price and delivery time. He also found a carrier that was willing to deliver my car for the price that I negotiated with him.
The carrier Classik Transport Inc. driver called me, we agreed on a time to meet him 11:00 A.M. He arrived on time. He indicated that I should expect to receive my car on a Friday sometime after noon and no later than 12 noon on Saturday. He contacted me on Thursday evening to indicate he would be at the agreed upon destination at 9:30 A.M Friday morning. He arrived a few minutes earlier!
I could not have been more pleased with the entire process.
