I chose Navy Auto Transport after a bad experience with another carrier (Ironclad Auto) because they focus on military relocations. Jerry was helpful throughout the process and I could reach him through phone or text at any time. Communication was great and he kept me updated throughout the process. It took a few days to find a driver to pick up my vehicle because of the location, so keep in mind transport might not occur immediately. However Jerry kept me informed so I was not worried. Once a driver was found delivery was super speedy- 5 days for a cross-country move. The driver even delivered my vehicle on a weekend (Sunday) which was nice. Overall my experience was great and I would recommend Navy Auto Transport to anyone trying to ship their car.
