What a disaster. Mario was all smiles and rainbows until the car was picked up. As soon as the vehicle was on the truck he went from a wonderful salesman to a bitter yelling un helpful unfriendly and unwilling to help person you could ever possibly imagine. His memory is very limited about conversations. If you do decide to deal with him my recommendation is only deal with him via email. His recollection of our conversation was very one sided. The delivery date was supposed to be after a certain date not on that date. Now I'm going to have many hours of problems emails and phone calls to retrieve my vehicle that is over 2000 miles away from me.
