Vehicle not delivered, excuses given til the end

I agree that Aubrey is "nice", but after my vehicle has been gone for about a week, the excuses get old. I was told that the vehicle would be delivered the next day (last Saturday). When it didn't arrive I called on Tuesday and Aubrey said the driver claimed an axle (on his trailer) broke, but that the vehicle should be delivered later that day. Wednesday, nothing. Thursday - today, the driver's phone says he is not accepting calls at this time. Aubrey's response was defensive, and I have no doubt that they are going to say there was no delivery date on the contract. I guess two or three years from now is the same as a week, two weeks, a month... I'm reporting the vehicle as stolen. It's a five hour drive from Nashville to Indian Trail NC. The driver literally just called while I am typing this and claims the axle is still broken (it was supposed to be fixed on Tuesday) and he's going to try to have the vehicle here tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath.
