I did a lot of research to determine which company would be the best to transport my dad's truck from SC to FL. My dad passed away unexpectdly in May of this year and I wanted to have something of his close to me so my mom gave me his truck. Joe Ortega was quick to get the transport executed and I had it within a couple of days of the initial call to Navy Auto Transport. It was an unbelievably easy process and I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never done anything like this before. The delivery driver, David, was also a pleasure to work with. He knew the story behind the transport and handled the truck with great care. It is so refreshing to have such a pleasurable experience in a time where it is a rarity to experience good customer service in our society.
