Mario was responsive and helpful on the initial encounter and despite saying that there were trucks in the area, the car was not picked up until 5 days later. The service offered door-to-door which I was hoping for as my wife does not drive manual transmission. Unfortunately, even though semi's CAN get to our place they are not common and the driver requested that we shuttle the car. I was out of state and called in a favor so it worked out. On the destination end, the driver was early (1-2 days) and my car was in the condition I left it. Overall a good experience and a Mario was helpful on something that could have been annoying or stressful.
