This was the first time i have ever attempted to ship a car, needless to say once you start looking for a carrier everybody and their mama will contact you. My vehicle did not have to go very far Colorado Springs to El Paso Texas. A rep Gary from Navy Auto Transport contacted me with a quote of $350 dollars i thought that was a good deal so i signed the contract and a date of 12/15/2014 was set. The pick up date came and there was a problem with the Carrier so the pick up did not happen, I was assured another carrier would be located, some time past and still did not get a pick up some difficulties due to the Holidays, I was informed that it would be possible to get a pick up but at a higher price, this in No way pleased me. Finally a Supervisor for Navy Auto Transport contacted me, she informed that the Price originally quoted to me would be honored and my vehicle would be picked. I was pleased that the SupervisorContacted me and pledge to honor the quote. Well i now have my vehicle, a little latter then anticipated but I got. For an Old Vet like myself keeping your word means alot, in this case Navy Auto Transport kept their word....good job.
