Chris at nationwide made a difficult situation and a difficult time very easy. I had a family member pass away in Wyoming with his truck and his fifth wheel in Tucson Arizona. Nationwide worked with coordinating meeting people at the campground where the trailer and truck were and transported it to Wyoming with a single driver.
The communication between the four parties was impeccable and impressive. It eased my mind at getting my brothers belongings to me in Wyoming. Chris even worked with me after I questioned the quote when unexpected travel on my part was necessary. He immediately issued a refund for my troubles. The driver Clay Bryant was extremely courteous, prompt, and communicated by text and phone with me his whole trip up to Wyoming. The vehicle in fifth wheel arrived in perfect condition.
