My wife went through a large number of websites to finally choose this company. They were not the cheapest, but most of the websites were merely aggregators for the same set of companies. We were constantly spammed by phone and email by hard-sell people who would act as if we already had an agreement. Looking in the background of the others that we did not choose, we found multiple lawsuits and complaints where the companies would put 10,000 miles and several dings in luxury cars.
We chose these guys and kept out fingers crossed that they would be the typical place that rips people off. There estimate of 7 days from Washington DC to California was wrong. They got the car to us in 5 days, which was great. Everything was as I left it in DC. They did better than their word, which was far better than what I saw on-line with the other place we looked at.
