Stay away from these people.
When we booked the transport thru Navy Auto Transport, we were told they will pick up close to us. First Leon (owner of Nationwide Trucking) tried to get us to drive 20+ miles to drop off our car. We refused, and after a lot of arguing, they finally came to approx. 5 miles.
Our car was never delivered as promised. We called, and were told that the truck had broken down (conveniently in their warehouse). We had to drive 1.5 hours to go pick up our car. Leon refused to reimburse us for our travel expense and time, or for not completing the delivery.
Also, our car was damaged. When we asked about insurance, Leon just "laughed" in our face and refused to do anything. Talk about rude, dishonest, and not caring about customers.
Stay away from this company!
