Unfortunately, the problem was with the actual transport company, Nationwide trans. The dispatcher "Leon" was utterly rude and short when answering any question. They picked my vehicle up at night and insisted driving about 65 miles away to Trenton, NJ which I was not please about, considering I was told it would be picked up near my home. I let that slide because what can you do. I filled out the initial bill of landing with them as and they marked down some scratches on the vehicle which were minimal since its a only a year old. Well, as the transportation process went on, I was never kept in the loop of the delivery, i actually had to call "Leon" to find out the vehicle was going to be delayed. It arrived 3 days after that. When my vehicle arrived, it was dead which was a problem considering I gave them a working vehicle. I had to take extra hours out of my day while the driver tried to figure out how to get the battery jumped. I ended up having to use my roadside assistance which wasnt the biggest deal but still a hassle. The driver tried to be as helpful as he could so I'll give him an average rating. Next they shredded my one tire and wrecked my rim. Lastly, there was also damage near the near mudflap area, the body was dented up, most likely due to them strapping in the vehicle too tightly. The driver contacted the dispatcher and allegedly sent him pictures of the damages. I also contacted Leon but was given the run around and was told to call back a week after the delivery so he would talk to the driver once he returned to the east coast. Needless to say my phone call was not returned and the issues were not resolved to this date.
