I was shafted around by numerous car carriers, to the extent of having a VERY DIFFICULT time getting my deposit back.
Marc sent me a quote, and I was very skeptical. To the point of not contacting them at all. Marc called me to follow up with his quote. I expressed my true feelings at that point of having my car shipped from NJ to ND.
Marc assured me that he would make sure I did not get the run-around, also worked with me on the price (since I was still trying to get a deposit back from another car transport carrier) Marc promised the car would be picked up the next day and delivered to me on the following Wed.
He is a man of his word!!! The car was picked up on the day he told me, he sent me all the carrier information including trucking company phone number and the drivers phone number while we were still on the phone... and low and behold... my car was delivered in perfect shape on the EXACT date Marc promised!!!!
Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company and Marc's customer service!!
Kudos to Nationwide Transport Service for their excellent service and their ability to see what a asset Marc is to their company!!!!!
