Don't even think about trying to use this company

This was a terrible experience. The customer service of these guys is terrible. This is a broker, so they subcontracted a 3rd party transporting driver. I don't want to blame them for their late pick up. I can understand that they had to ship many cars from many customers and it's hard to make it on time. The problem happened when they delivered my cars in early August to California. One car of mine was damaged, and I had to deal with the driver directly. This nationwide transport services keep telling me that they have nothing to do with it, and they got of the problem. This is the beginning of December, and I still didn't get the cost of repair back from the driver yet. Recently I asked them to show their effort to get my repair cost back, but they never replied. Never never use this guy. Terrible!

We are currently working to resolve this issue with the insurance company.
