I had the hardest time getting my ProMaster transported and had already dealt with a lot of frustration before finding Nationwide Auto Transport. Juan Salazar was absolutely great from start to finish. He stayed in constant communication, figured out why I was having so much trouble getting the vehicle picked up, and walked me through the solution.
Once Juan got involved, things finally started moving. He kept me informed throughout the process, followed through on what he said he would do, and made what had been a stressful situation so much easier. The driver was great as well—professional, reliable, and got my van delivered safely.
I really appreciate Juan taking the time to actually figure out the problem instead of just giving me the runaround. After everything I went through trying to get this van delivered, Nationwide Auto Transport came through when I needed them. Definitely 5 stars and I would absolutely use them again.
