I worked with Aaron W. to coordinate our transportation needs. We had 4 20ft loaded containers and 1 42ft 5th wheel to get moved from NW Washington to the middle of nowhere Central Idaho. It required major scheduling because we also needed cranes at pick-up and drop-off. Aaron was amazing at answering my 752 questions and was available on pick-up and drop-off days for questions/concerns even though it was the weekend. As a customer, I can honestly say that Nationwide Transport Services was phenomenal to work with, everything was delivered perfectly, and Aaron was a rockstar agent to work with.
They should seriously consider training other companies on what great customer service looks like.
