IN SUMMARY, THE MACHINE MY DRIVER WENT TO PICK UP WAS TOO LOW TO THE GROUND AND THE SHIPPER ENDED UP NOT LOADING OUR DRIVER. EVEN WITH OUR DOUBLE RAMPS AND EVERYTHING, HE REFUSED TO LOAD US. OUR DRIVER DROVE 60+ MILES TO GET TO THE SHIPPER, HE WAITED ABOUT 3 HOURS AT THE SHIPPER BEFORE THEY GOT TO HIM AND HE EVEN HAD TO PUT HIS SET OF RAMPS TO TRY TO PICK UP THE MACHINE. HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD. WE ASKED THE BROKER Eddie L Arevalo FOR A TONU AND HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO SEND IT AND NEVER DID. FOLLOWED UP WITH CALLS AND EMAILS AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER BACK.
