Delayed Delivery of car with damages and not reimbursing for the damage

It is a bad experience dealing with nationwidetransport services. They donot pick up or deliver the vehicle themselves and it is outsourced to a third party. Third party picks up the vehicle and if any damages occur at the time of delivery , i believe third party is supposed to pay for damages and nationwidetransport is not responsible for resolving the claim. There is no checklist walkthrough at the time of delivery of the vehicle. Driver arrives at the delivery destination and does not know to speak English and asks to sign on his system stating that the vehicle was delivered and claims can be applied lateron. On reaching the nationwidetransportservices they ask why did you sign if there was damage. I kept asking how to claim damages at the time of delivery and he did not answer anything and told me to sign to receive the key. So I had to signed it. Later I received an email stating that I signed on good condition , which is not true. I had asked the dispatcher about how to claim before signing off , he told the driver will take pictures and later I can claim. But later on the same dispatcher says "why did you sign BOL if you had damage". I was not walked over any checklist and to receive the keys i was asked to sign. Worst transportation company to rely on I don't recommend others to use it.
