Originally requested quote from a transport service online. Was in contact with nationwide but someone or numerous companies start putting my car under them on the"board" without my approval so I sent everyone that sent a quote to cancel my order. Shortly afterwards I get this email accusing me of being a bad customer. Keep in mind that for a week I didn't hear anything from the representative until after I cancelled my order since the first day we communicated. "The reason you are having such a hard time finding a driver is because you have 3 different companies listing your vehicle on the same website that all of us brokers use. Right now, one of the brokers has it listed for $650. That is $150 higher than where I had you and was talking with a driver to set it up, but he would not take the order because it was posted by multiple brokers. As soon as you let the one company list it for $150 higher than me, you took away any negotiating power I had on your behalf. My company is the largest and most liked by the trucking companies, due to the fact that we send them the most business. So basically you were with the right company. I am more than happy to cancel your order because honestly if I would of known that you were posting with all these other companies prior to reading your email, I would of canceled the order myself. I do not maintain orders for unreliable and indecisive customers. It is always a waste of time and energy. Take my advice and choose one company and stick with that company. Do your research on that company before choosing them. I can see by the type of companies that you have also chosen to work with, that you have not been doing your research. I wish you the best of luck." Once I replied and sent a pic of the list of providers I was tracking who sent me a quote, he was silent. On my list I never received a quote from anyone for 650 so where did this come from? Bottom line this is a sales representative waiting to explode for no valid reason on my part. If doing business with this company would give me eternal life I'd rather die first.
