I shipped my car from FL to OR and it was loaded off and onto three different trucks. Although Louis Day, the coordinator was helpful, the dispatchers were not. When I finally picked up my car, it was damaged and the driver, who spoke very limited English, insisted he could repair the problem with plastic ties. I have since had my car repaired properly with a professional as it required. When unloading, it acquired additional scrapes and I would not recommend this company.
