First there was Tim At Nationwide who of ALL the brokers calling, emailing, and texting me. He sounded THE MOST PROFESSIONAL. He also didn’t sound like he was desperate for my business nor did he sound like my calling him was interrupting his day. He had empathy for the skepticism and nervousness I had over transporting my car and made me feel very comforted. Then the driver GILMER comes and he’s very professional AND funny. He picked my car up when he said he would and delivered it when he said he would. With NO DAMAGE and not a penny more than Tim said it would be!!! If I have to do this again... they are the only company I will go with. And I would need to have Gilmer again too lol. Thank You Nationwide and Gilmer!!
