We needed to transport my son's vehicle from Cali to Ky and I wanted this to be an easy, seamless process. From the moment I called and spoke to Ray, he was able to answer all of my questions and made me realize I was working with top-class professionals. When Ray went on vacation, I had Tony reach out to me to let me know everything was being taken care of. NTS even made arrangements with me to have the car dropped off at the corporate location in Ky, until we could pick it up a couple days later. I then spoke to Karen, at their Ky location and she reassured me everything would be fine. Karen called me as soon as the car was dropped off (an amazingly fast 5 days later!!!) and made arrangements for us to pick up the vehicle. EVERYONE I worked with was a true professional and made sure I was in-the-know throughout the entire process. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your transport needs.
