My first experience having a car hauled and it was a learning experience. Jamie took the time to explain to me how it all worked. Jamie was proactive in keeping my haul "fresh" and found someone in a couple days (my vehicle was not a desireable haul - lifted, oversized tires and didn't run). Vehicle was picked up one day, hauled 1000 miles and delivered the next. Jamie was right there when I had some questions - went above and beyond to make sure I was able to contact him quickly. Truck was dirty when it arrived but that was fully expected - open air trailer in the winter!
