I started off with a great relationship with Geoffrey, he understood my situation on a time line i needed to get my car up to New York and stood in contact with me until he was able to find a carrier who could do that. I had some issue with the company who was suppose to pick up the car, but due to the holiday I did not want to text Geoffrey at home. So by Saturday, i was beside myside, but not only Geoffrey , but Jamie, both helped me and my car was picked up within an Hour and half. To me this is great customer service. I can say that Nationwide Transport has a spot in my cell for good, for all my future car shippments. Thank you for all your help! I know i can be a hand full, but the carrier did get me a little crazy, but thank you for fixing it it for me. Happy holidays and i look forward to doing business with you all again.
