WONT REFUND DEPOSIT

I spoke with Eddie L and he assured me after I gave him my credit card information that he would wait to hear from me regarding car pickup before hitting my card for $124 deposit. The very next morning i discover the card had been charged $124 overnight without permission. Feeling took but not wanting a hassle, i was going to still use Nationwide until the car sale fell through later that day and i had no need for a transport co. Now Eddie says tough luck. We will chargeback with the credit card co(lots of wasted phone calls and hold times) just because Nationwide wants to see if i will give up on my $124 or make them refund it(lots of companies seem to count on you not wanting to spend the time to fight). Please DO NOT give up your credit card info to Nationwide because once they have it, they will do as they please
