The mess this company had given me cannot be described in any words. Here is the story. Let's you guys think twice before hiring Nationwide Transport Services (NTS) Back in May 25 I have opened an inquiry online to have my Nissan Altima moved from Memphis to Weston, Florida. There was a plethora of companies contact me. Out of all of them I have decided to give these guys a chance. The sales rep appeared to be very pushy but honest. I paid them $ 100 upfront and they connected me with a carrier called C&C Auto Transport. I have delivered my car on May 25 to their driver. In less than two hours they are calling me stating that that the truck just had a transmission belt broken and it had to be towed to a shop. The pain begins here. I asked Roger my rep from NTS to find me options to get my car delivered as stated on the contract, which was May 29. He promised me that but nothing happened. After many called, he wanted me to contact to the carrier. Spoke to the carrier- they had no projected timeline on truck repair but they mentioned to me to wait on repair. I was waiting, waiting and waiting. One week, two weeks, four weeks Called Roger- no feedback. No answer. Finally, he picked up the phone and immediately forwarded me to a voice mail. No one called back. Called the carrier- i found that they will not fix the truck anytime soon and they recommended me to find another trucking company to unload my car from the platform and have it transported to me. During all this time no response from Roger from NTS. Called his manager, no answer. I asked to talk to the owner of the company. Left two messages, no one ever called me back. I texted roger asked for refund. Nothing...After 6 weeks I decided to go to Broward County Sheriff and open a case. Complained about the situation. The Officer called Roger and called the carrier to start an investigation. I was worried about my car being stolen. I found that my car...was the one and only on the truck platform. All the other cars were gone- assuming their owners were able to get them delivered by their brokers thru other carriers. It was not y case. NST was never responding. I had no choice but to hire another broker: Yellow Brick Transportation- which was able in less than 24 hours to find me a carrier to deliver my car. Conclusion: I did receive my car back after 7 weeks. I paid NTS $ 100 for nothing. Money in vain. They put me in contact with a carrier whose one and only truck broke. NTS was not capable to find solutions. Their managers did not respond back. This company is the scum on the bottom of the transportation bucket. I am giving them a "0" rating. They deserve nothing. Think twice before hiring them.

This was a rare and unfortunate situation. Overly exaggerated but somewhat true. The truck and trailer broke down in a very rare fashion. The entire hydraulic system on the trailer gave out so the entire trailer was non operational. There was 7 cars on the trailer at the time and there was no way to take ANY of the cars on or off. We sent multiple trucks out there to assist in taking the cars off but because of the way the cars were loaded into the trailer there was no way of getting them off with out damaging them. So again it was an extremely rare and unfortunate situation but we move 25,000 cars a year over the last 8 years and this was the only time something like this has happened. We are sorry it happened but it was unavoidable and beyond our control.
