I wouldnt have expected anything less than great

My father shipped with Nationwide Transport a few years ago and recommenced me to this company. I spoke with Marie, Who is a broker there and helped me first with a quote and the length of time on transport. I booked pretty early with her, about 3 months before I moved and gave her my info. About 2 weeks before I needed it moved she gave me a call to check up on me and told me my car would be picked up on Tuesday. The truck driver called me on Tuesday and asked if he could come by on Wednesday and I had no problem with it because we were expecting for my car to arrive before I even flew into Anchorage. When he came, He was really really professional and apologized for the delay. I offered him water, he was grateful and was on his way to Washington! Marie called me to let me know my Nissan Rouge arrived at the port and was on the vessel. Communication was great. My calls were answered and if I left a message I got a call back within the hour. Only downside is that I wasn't able to ship anything in the car. I was told it would be a liability issue for all ports and that if something moved in the car it will be an issue. But my car came 2 days earlier than expected which rocked! It was waiting for me at the lot- free of charge( I am not sure if they charge at all but Marie told me that I wouldn't pay anything for storage). Thanks again girl!
