Worst customer service and most dishonest, incompetent people ever

I had a verbal agreement with Nationwide, including several emails back and forth, to take my wife's car from Pennsylvania to Florida at a cost of $675. As moving day drew near, I called several times, always getting the voice mail of an obviously incompetent and dishonest drone named Robert. Repeated calls and emails were ignored, leading me to believe Robert was simply not professional enough to live up to his company's agreement and so was screening my phone number, rather than being a man and telling me what was going on. I probably should have been tipped off by broken promises to provide insurance information by the useless Robert. The day before our move, after several more ignored calls, I contacted another company and told the rep that I had not been able to get a response from another company. "Nationwide?" he said, indicating to me that the shoddy service, incompetence and non-communication was known throughout the industry. I arranged for my wife's car to be picked up the following day - the day we were moving - and agreed to pay $950. I may have been able to get a better price somewhere else, but the wretched lack of service and communication forced me to go to the first one I could find.
The good news is, my wife's car arrived in a few days, in good shape and clean.
As far as I'm concerned, Nationwide, owes me $275 for the difference, but I have no delusions that the company will be honest and forthright.
I repeat, unless you want to be jerked around, lied to, and exposed to a level of incompetence that will boggle your mind, avoid Nationwide Transport Services.
