Earlier this month, I moved from Virginia to Arizona. I have a very old car that would probably not have survived being driven the 2,000+ mile/33 hour trip. I found this company after googling transport companies and got into contact with Janelle. She was very helpful, very friendly, and understanding when I had no idea what I was doing (I never had to transport a car).
The guy who picked up my car, Ron, was also very nice and told me what would be going on with my car (where it would be on the truck, where it’d be dropped off, etc.). My car was picked up on December 30th, and I was told it’d be there on January 10th.
I got a call on the 9th from the guy who was dropping it off at my apartment (I don’t remember his name) and he was on his way. I wasn’t expecting to get my car until the day after. Yet another friendly person! We both took a look at my car to make sure there were no new dents or markings. Didn’t see anything new (the car was already pretty banged up. Wouldn’t have noticed if there was anything new). The car was dirtier than when it was picked up, but Ron told me to expect that, and I don’t care about the dirt.
All in all, a very good company and a pleasant experience for me. If I ever need transport services again, I’d definitely go with these people!
