Awful and I will never recommend this company.

I called about transporting my truck on Thursday. The company seemed very nice and acted like they knew what to do. When I hired the company on Friday to transport my truck, Jeremy said he had to find a driver. He called me Saturday morning and told me he had a driver to pick up my vehicle on Sunday and took my credit card information for a deposit. Jermey was suppose to call me back on Saturday in a Hr or so with the drivers information. He never called me back so I left two voice messages and 2 emails that Saturday and on Sunday I left another two voicemails and 3 emails. The 3rd email I sent on Sunday was my cancellation of the contract because they didn't fulfil what i was promised. I really needed to have my truck transported before Monday the latest. They still haven't called me back to apologize or even tell me what happen. I have to say this is the worst customer service I ever have. I called a different company and they had it shipped in 48 hours with no hassle and complications. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company.
