Jody was fabulous, would call back or email back right away. She seemed to always be available She was knowledgeable and gave me some good tips, helped facilitate the transport, provided thorough information and seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about her job. She was easy to work with, upfront about costs etc., and seemed to really love her work. I will definitely contact her again if I need to ship something.
