Terrified of this process but PERFECT!

I was so nervous to commit to one of these companies. I had heard/read a million nightmare stories about trying to transfer a vehicle. I was even wary of this site, thinking maybe Nationwide Transport Services just had a bunch of fake profiles review. Obviously, I was skeptical.

But I couldn't have been more please with how things went. I ended up selecting NTS after Sal called me (following up on a quote). I must've received 8000 calls after looking for a quote but he stood out by directing me to this site and Yelp. I happen to be a Yelper and I know Yelp has it's own software that filters out fake reviews, so I think anyone willing to suggest checking there probably isn't a big scam.

I committed to Nationwide (only by word - no $) on Friday 8/2. On Saturday 8/3, Sal called saying he has a truck ready to pick up Tuesday 8/6. My loan check wasn't arriving to the seller until Wednesday morning, so I couldn't use Sal's truck. He went back to work and found a truck for Wednesday morning. I was charged the broker fee of $125. He said it looked like Friday or Saturday but I told him it didn't matter at all (I was in no rush). He said, "Okay then. Latest, Saturday." By Thursday morning, an incredibly nice driver was calling about delivering that morning! Since it was early, I asked if he could come to my work instead. He said, "Absolutely!". He arrived, unloaded, pointed out some good stuff about the vehicle (an antique). I paid him $400 + tip.

I can't believe how smoothly it all went and now know I have a company I can turn to if I ever need this again.
