Very Poor Service

This company's customer service is non-existent. Their employees don't provide the correct information. I shipped 2 car's from Phoenix to Hawaii and they didn't know the carrier's shipping schedules and they told me they could ship to a city that the carrier doesn't even go to. One car was a week late and the other car hasn't even showed up yet!!!

When I complained to the owner of the company he stated that they have so many big Department of Defense contracts, that my complaint didn't even matter to them.

After I put in an honest, but bad review of this company yesterday they have done nothing but lie.

Lie #1 - From the owner Jason Foltz - They fraudulently reported to Transport Review that they were unable to locate my order and I wasn't a customer of theirs. I sent Transport Review emails from Jason and the receipt for shipping my car.

Lie #2 - From the owner Jason Foltz - He responded to my original review that both cars had arrived on schedule. One of the cars hasn't even arrived yet!! The other car was scheduled to arrive on July 5 but didn't arrive until July 10 and it arrived in a completely different city. My daughter was STRANDED!!

Lie #3 - From the owner Jason Foltz - He told me that they have so many contracts with DOD that my issue didn't matter to him. I have since learned that they don't have any DOD contracts and they couldn't get their surety bond on credit, they had to put money in a trust account just to get the bond.

Jason keeps saying that the car was as scheduled and that I just like to complain, well I do complain when consumers need to be warned about the terrible business this guy is running.
