Why quote it if you can't deliver? For what it's worth, theirs was not the lowest quote I received.
I accepted their quote, but they couldn't find anyone to pick it up for their price. I waited nearly three weeks for it to be picked up, and they couldn't get anyone to do it. They made very little attempt to contact me or keep me updated. My "nagging" (once a week emails) was responded to with 'i'll know more tomorrow.' or 'how tall is it? i have a guy who might want to pick it up, i'll call you tomorrow...' and then no call.
They wanted me to pay more, and I said no.
I'm willing to pay more, but not with this company. The service is not good.
