Taken advantage of!

I cancelled my order prior to the 24 hour cancellation window in order to receive a full refund of my deposit, due to LAST minute child custody issues. The company suggested "postponing" the pick up date and seemed sincere and understanding about my devistating news. After having to shift everything around within a matter of 4 days, throwing my stuff into storage instead of shipping everything, and being FORCED to drive my car 1600 miles instead of flying like originally planned; the company would not refund my money! As a single parent, that $150 deposit was taken away from my children's needs! Thank you Nationwide Transport Services for adding insult to injury!
