This could not have been any easier. I received numerous quotes online. I read the reviews and, called a couple and decided upon Nationwide. One place had hidden fees (online quote was $400 but then total was $595), 2 others didn't answer their phone. Mark Craven answered the phone immediately, was patient and knowledgeable. I spoke to him about 3pm on a Wed. We had a carrier within 30 minutes. He immediately emailed the confirmation number and information I needed. The car was picked up Thursday at 8am and they were polite when working with my 81 year old mother. The truck called ahead about 45 minutes. The estimate for delivery was Sunday but we received a call Sat afternoon around 2pm that they would be arriving Sat evening at 6pm. They came right at 6pm and delivery was made without a hitch. Everyone with whom we spoke was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was floored with how smoothly everything went. Price was exactly as quoted: $550 which was low end of all quotes. We paid deposit of $150 when carrier was booked and remainder in cash at delivery.
