This was my first time to have a vehicle transported. It's a classic car and is valuable including sentimental value. The contact person was helpful and answered all my questions. She also responded quickly to subsequent emails. The driver called the day before pickup as I was told he would. It was an 8-car carrier and he came to my street. He also delivered the car to my daughter's house. All in all, it was a satisfactory experience and I would use them again.
