Even though I happened to change my availability time by a week they were kind enough to consider it. They were prompt in assigning a driver and picked the vehicle up promptly. Their customer service worked with me and the trucking company during the delivery to solve a mix-up of the receipts the trucking driver had quoting the wrong value. Things were sorted out quickly once both the parties got on the phone with me from either sides.
Overall, I found the experience satisfactory and would recommend Nationwide to my friends too.
