Frustrating Process

At the end of the day everything worked out great - getting to this point was very frustrating. I called to schedule the move 2-3 weeks in advance as I had a small window for pick. Mon-Wed, the previous Thursday I still had no communication that the pickup was actually going to occur. I called and left 2 unanswered messages for the sales associated I was working with. I finally had to call the main 800# to get to him. On Monday of the week the move was scheduled I called again concerned that I heard nothing - I was told they were still trying to locate a driver and would get back to me. A few hours later I received a call saying a driver had been located and they were coming that day - there was no 24 hour notice as committed and oh by the way the driver wanted more than the quoted amount by $55 - when I questioned the increase in cost I was asked did I want to move the car or not. Lesson learned do not trust the quote once you commit it can change and unless you have time to start the process over, you’re stuck. The driver was friendly and courteous- he made the pickup and delivery as scheduled. I am giving 2 stars not to the actual delivery of the car but the process to make it happen
