this company is working with other names as well: BEST MOVERS CALIFORNIA TRUSTED MOVING AND STORAGE & NATIONWIDE TOP MOVERS they are all crooks.
I booked my household moving from CA to NC. While taking business they assured 10 days delivery, after 10days when I started calling them, they didnt return my calls, emails or voicemail. After a prolonged followups, they finally shipped my goods which is after 51days from the date of pick up. On arrival of goods, truck driver refused to unload the goods in front of the house as he believe it to be a smaller place and charged me extra bucks. Most of my furniture item was broken and some of the expensive items were missing. They have mishandled items where it was clearly marked to "HANDLE WITH CARE". On followup of missing items they have all reasons to put blame on someone else and on top of it, they say " YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH MISSING ITEMS, PLEASE PROCESS IT THROUGH OUR CLAIM DEPT" .. i am still finding my items and trying to settle this claim.
