the following was also submitted to the Better Business Bureau:

"On the 9-04-02 A quote submitted online was replied with $895 for transport of car NY to CA. On 9-10-02 a follow up email offered a $50 off making total to $845. This sum was agreeded upon on the phone by Luis Molina and corresponds to the email quotes.

A deposit of $200 was charged on a Discover Card and the balance of $645 was due On 9-16-02 I spoked with Luis Molina about a discrepacy of $90 ($935 was the price entered in their system) and he assured me that it was his fault and it was fixed.

A week after the car was picked up and taken to Los Angeles on 9-25-02. I was told that the price was NEVER fixed by Luis Molina and that the truck driver will hold my car HOSTAGE untill the wrong price that stayed in the computer was paid in full. I was also to suffer a $35 a day parking charge if I cannot resolve it with Luis Molina. Mr Molina's supervisor (Walter Sanchez) was equally rude and useless in resolving the problem even with emails from Luis documenting the price quote or $845 total.

I have no recourse except to pay the wrong price to get my car without further charges and rely on your office's advice on this issue.

To add insult upon injuries, they never delivered on the other services their website advertised like online tracking, live person update, and "Our iron clad HONEST PRICING POLICY" which was instead a bait and switch disaster for me.

Mr Molina, in order to get me knee deep into the process, lied to me on 2 occasions about being able to charge the "due upon delivery" sum on a credit card only to tell me at the last minute (pass the point of no return) that was not the case (cash or cashier check only) and I need to live with it. Again the Supervisor (Walter Sanchez) was ineffective and rude."

STAY away from this bait and switch company
