Unfortunate Experience

I am not one to complain usually. After the non-concern displayed by this company over my attempted vehicle move recently I am compelled to share this with other possible consumers of these services. I will not stray from the facts. Began communications W NAT on a Friday, gave all requested information at this time and was told driver would call in a few hours, worst case in the morning. Second contact on Sunday, again they asked for p/u info and was told the same. Third contact was Monday, still told driver is to call. Finally on Wednesday, it was discovered they had never entered my move in their system nor post the load! 5 days after vehicle was available. I would not recommend.
