Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service. My contact person was David Edri, who was very curt and unprofessional. I asked for an invoice for accounting purposes, however, he refused and shrugged off a simple, reasonable request from a paying customer.

Moreover, when I informed him my tracking number wasn't working, he chose not to ignore my e-mails. The tracking number was SUPPOSED to allow me to track my car on its journey to me, but it seems it's a feature that doesn't actually work...perhaps a scam to lure customers.

Bottom line: Please AVOID at all costs. I paid $1350, which was quite a bit more than what others quoted me, and in return, got horrible customer service and a shipped car WAY later than I was promised. AVOID!
