Took full payment and did not ship car

Our vehicle is still waiting to be picked up after a week. No one will answer my calls or emails after a week, yet they took full payment. Now I have to find another company to ship and I'm guessing the vehicle won't arrive on time. Shame on you Nationwide Auto transport.
