Dont waste your time with nationwide transport

I am so mad at these morons I could just spit. I called nationwide transport on 1/14/2011 and let them know that I needed a car transported from Utah to Washington and the car absolutely HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LOT by 1/20/2011. I paid a $250 deposit on 1/14/2011. After not hearing a word from nationwide transport for 4 days, I called them on 1/18 to see what the deal was. I spoke with some idiot named MIKE who obviously had no clue what he was doing, letting him know AGAIN that the car had to be out of there by 1/20. Time was running out and they had done NOTHING for 4 days, after taking my money.

"MIKE" couldnt pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel, but he told me he would look into it. Keep in mind, I was assured that nationwide transport would BE THERE before the deadline to pick up the car. I never heard back from nationwide transport so I called the next day to see what was going on. Needless to say, I was a little stressed and not in the mood to play games with MIKE. MIKE informed me that they could move the car by the deadline but it would cost an extra $150.... BULL. This idiot failed to do his job and expected me to pay more money because of his incompetence. MIKE actually informed me that" Hey, you can be mad all you want". I ended up having to fly down myself and drive the car back, missing a day of work and enduring a considerable amount of unneccesary stress due to the INCOMPETENCE of MIKE at nationwide transport. Do yourself a favor and dont wast your time with this POS company.
